Before you begin

Prepare company registration documents; certified director identification; proof of address and qualifications; power of attorney where applicable; portfolio of evidence; and applicable credit-history information.

For incubation, also include tax clearance, bank statements or confirmation, business agreements, CVs, asset list, business plan, marketing plan, employee contracts and awards/accreditation. For pre-incubation these are supporting documents. A dormant/low-income affidavit is compulsory for pre-incubation and supportive for incubation.
